What to ask before a group restaurant visit

Shared couscous, an example of a table dish, not a priced offer

A group meal rarely fails because of the tagine. It fails for want of five facts. Here is the list, set on a table in Taskoukte / Amerzgane, for a circuit in Ouarzazate province.

The five facts that unlock a yes

Date. Time window (not a sharp minute if the ksar overruns). Number of adults and children. Contact language. Allergies or food rules. Without those, nobody can honestly say yes.

Add where you are coming from (Ait Ben Haddou, Ouarzazate, elsewhere) so the house can picture your day — not so it invents a driving time.

Questions agencies ask too late

Is there room for the vehicle? Is a single menu possible? How can we pay? Not all of these are published. Ask. Do not invent the answer on the client voucher.

Dar Aghmoul Atlas does not publish a group rate, a capacity or hours. The voucher must not write them instead.

The place, once and for all

Put the Google Maps link in the roadbook. The name to look for is not “restaurant Ouarzazate centre”. It is Dar Aghmoul, Douar Taskoukte, Amerzgane.

When the house has confirmed, forward the reply to the driver. A group arrives well when everyone has the same sheet — send the brief here — not three different addresses.
