Planning a road trip around Amerzgane and Ouarzazate

Southern road trips often chain Marrakesh, a ksar, Ouarzazate, sometimes the valleys or the desert. Amerzgane and Taskoukte appear as soon as lunch is no longer imagined only “in town”. Here is how to set the day without inventing Dar Aghmoul Atlas’s itinerary.
What can be said about the geography
Dar Aghmoul Atlas is in Douar Taskoukte, Amerzgane, Ouarzazate province. The Maps listing gives the coordinates. This site does not publish driving times: too many variables (starts, visits, traffic, season).
Ait Ben Haddou often appears on the same circuits. That does not mean the restaurant is “in Ait Ben Haddou”. It is a neighbouring stage in many roadbooks, to be realigned on your map.
Build the day around a confirmed pause
First fix what cannot slide (a ticketed visit, a transfer). The meal needs a window. Write that window to the house.
Several vehicles make confirmation even more useful: a house table is not a relay car park.

This is not a full infrastructure guide. Plan fuel and cash as you would for any southern road, and do not assume card payment at the restaurant until it is written here.
